What has been done
Pages use ordinary headings in order, landmarks for navigation and content, and a skip link to jump past the menu. Controls are intended to support keyboard operation and visible focus. Images carry text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise.
Text sits at contrast levels intended to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, including in the dark sections. Layouts reflow to a single column on small screens and at high zoom without horizontal scrolling. Motion is limited, and animation respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system.
Known limitations
External map, social and service-provider links lead to websites whose accessibility we do not control. Photographic before-and-after comparisons convey information visually; where that matters, the surrounding text describes what the images show. If a chart, table or image is carrying meaning that is not in the text, that is a fault on our side and we want to know.
We do not claim the site is perfect. Accessibility work is ongoing, and the most useful reports come from people actually trying to use it with assistive technology.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email clean@casolarwash.com or call (559) 755-1056. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what happened, along with the browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it.
If the website is in your way, it is not a barrier to getting a quote. Call or email with the details of the work and CA Solar Wash handles the whole thing that way, including sending you the quote in whatever format suits you.
How the site is tested
Useful checks include keyboard navigation, enlarged text, contrast, heading order, meaningful links and form labels. Passing an automated check does not establish full WCAG conformance or replace testing by people who use assistive technology.
Review should combine automated checks with manual interaction testing. What it cannot replace is feedback from people using assistive technology every day on real tasks, which is why the contact route above matters more than the statement itself.
Forms, documents and getting help another way
Quote controls are intended to provide labels and usable error messages, rather than relying on color alone. If the form is unavailable for any reason, the page shows the phone number and email address instead, so there is always a working route to a quote.
If you need information from this site in another format, such as larger text, a plain-text email, or simply talked through on the phone, ask and we provide it. There is no process to follow and no form to fill in. Call (559) 755-1056 or email clean@casolarwash.com and say what would work better for you.
