What we collect
When you contact us we receive what you choose to send: your name, contact details, the property address, a description of the work and any photographs you attach. When you call, we keep what we need to prepare and deliver the quote. We do not ask for financial details through the website, and you should never send payment card information by email or through a web form.
The quote form is provided by Jobber. The details and photos you choose to submit are processed through Jobber for the business to review. You can also call or email. Our website cannot read the contents of the embedded Jobber form.
How we use it, and who sees it
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule the work and contact you about that job. Job photographs are taken as a record of the work and are shared with you. We ask you first before using a photograph of your property publicly, and you are free to say no.
We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to marketing companies. It is shared only where necessary to do the work you asked for, or where we are legally required to disclose it. CA Solar Wash is professional, so the person reading your inquiry is the person doing the job.
How long we keep it, and how to have it removed
Inquiries that do not become work are kept only as long as they are useful, and job records are kept for the period our insurance and tax obligations require. To ask what we hold, to correct it or to have it deleted, email clean@casolarwash.com or call (559) 755-1056 and tell us what you want removed.
If you have an unresolved concern about how your information has been handled, say so directly and we will deal with it. Any applicable privacy rights depend on the law and circumstances. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify it and retain records required for legal or business obligations.
Cookies, analytics and what this site does not do
The site records limited quote interaction events, such as opening the quote dialog or the external Jobber form. These events contain the published page, service, community and form identifier. They do not contain form answers, names, contact details, full query strings or a visitor identifier, and they are not recorded as completed enquiries. The events are sent to our hosting logs; a configured analytics data layer may also receive them.
The embedded Google map and Jobber form connect to those providers, which may process technical information and use cookies under their own privacy terms. Our first-party quote interaction events do not set advertising cookies. Local photos and fonts are hosted with this site, and phone and email contact remain available without using the map or form.
Security, and what we will never ask for
We will never ask for payment card details, bank details or a Social Security number through this website, by email or by text message. We will never ask you to send an alarm code or a gate code through the quote form. Access details are arranged directly once work is booked. If you receive a message claiming to be from us and asking for any of that, it is not from us. Call (559) 755-1056 and check.
Information you send is held on ordinary business systems with access limited to what the work requires. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise. If we ever became aware of a breach affecting your information, we would tell you what happened and what it means for you rather than leaving you to find out.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security services can process technical request information such as IP addresses and request logs even where an advertising tracker is not installed. Their processing is described in their own privacy notices.
Jobber processes request submissions under its privacy terms and the business account settings. Google provides the embedded map. Provider retention is separate from the business record-retention period. Do not include payment details, access codes or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
