Access, safety and conditions
CA Solar Wash needs safe access to the work area, an outdoor water connection where the service requires it, and any gate codes or arrangements agreed before the day. Secure pets and move vehicles clear of the working area. Tell the team in advance about known damage, fragile roofing, recent repairs or anything on the property that must not get wet.
Work at height is carried out to safe practice. CA Solar Wash declines or stops work where conditions are unsafe: extreme heat, high wind, a roof that cannot be walked, or a structure the team judges unsound. If that happens the team explains why and discusses the alternatives rather than proceeding regardless.
Warranty and guarantees
CA Solar Wash offers the No-Roof-Penetration Guarantee, Clean-Up Guarantee, No Hidden-Fee Guarantee and Workmanship Warranty. Obtain the applicable written terms for the service before booking. They should define the covered work, coverage period, exclusions, transferability and claim process. These names do not extend manufacturer warranties or promise coverage for all damage or future work.
If something is not right, tell CA Solar Wash promptly and specifically: which area, what the problem is, and a photograph if you can. Include the job date and quote reference so the concern can be reviewed. Request current license and insurance documentation for the work, and verify applicable license details with the Contractors State License Board.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your written quote or invoice. Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH bank transfer. Financing is available, and payment plans and partial payments are accepted. Ask when you book and the arrangement is set out in writing with the quote.
There are no hidden fees. Every charge that applies to your job is on the written quote before the day. Never send payment card details by email or through the website form.
Scheduling, photographs and liability
Work is scheduled by agreement and confirmed before the day, usually about a week out. Central Valley conditions can force a change: extreme heat makes roof work dangerous, high wind makes height work and spray application unsafe, and rain makes most of it pointless. Where CA Solar Wash moves a booking for those reasons the team tells you as early as the team can and offers the next workable date. If you need to cancel or move a booking, let the team know as far ahead as you can.
CA Solar Wash photographs the work as a record and shares those images with you. Photographs of your property are published only with your permission, and declining does not affect the service. Contact CA Solar Wash about image removal or deletion; some records may need to be retained for insurance, contractual or legal obligations. CA Solar Wash carries insurance and works to safe practice. Responsibility is for the work carried out, and conditions found, photographed and reported before work starts are recorded as found. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under California consumer law.
